We do not issue invoices, but you will receive a receipt after each payment. You will be able to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.

Yes, at any time, in your account settings. When upgrading or downgrading your website plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or refund, depending on the cost of your new plan.
No. Boardflow is a fully-managed web service. Right now we do not have plans to make a downloadable version.
It means that under reasonable conditions, we do not set a limit to the number of images and the amount of storage. An account that uploads many images can be offset by accounts that consume less. But Boardflow will still need to make economical sense. We reserve the right to get in touch with outlier accounts that are consuming a disproportionate amount of storage to renegotiate the subscription price.
